Payment 

Accepted payment methods: all major credit & debit cards, PayPal.

Shipping & Delivery

All items are sent from Latvia.

Shipping times varies a lot, be aware that it can take about 1-3 weeks within Europe and 1-2 months everywhere else before your order will arrive. If you need an item before a certain date, please contact me before ordering.

Shipping costs for standard delivery:
European Union: $5.50
Everywhere else: $6-$11
 

Faster shipping methods like UPS Express, Fedex Express and other options are also available. The pricing for that differ a lot depending on your location (country & zip code), so write me an email to byrdis.b@gmail.com if you are interested and I will calculate the cost.
The recipient's phone number is required for sending the package via courier. Also, the courier services will deliver only to a valid street adress, packages adressed to a P.O. box won't be accepted. If you must use P.O. box, the package can only be sent with the standard shipping.
 
Please, make sure that the shipping address is correct when ordering. I can’t be responsible for a package that is delayed or lost due to incorrect address. If you see that you have made a mistake with the address after you have already ordered, let me know about it as soon as possible before the package has been sent out.
 
Packages are sent as registered mail and might require a signature upon delivery.
 

Items are sent safely wrapped in tissue paper and packaged in a sturdy cardboard box. A gift message can be added to the package upon request.

Returns & Exchanges

It is very important for me that my customers are satisfied with their buying experience. If for any reason you are unhappy with the item you have received, please let me know and I will do my best to fix the situation.

If you have decided to return the item, it must be sent out within 14 days after you have received it. 

Item should be sent back in the same condition as it was received, in the original packaging so it wouldn’t get damaged during the return shipping. A customer is responsible for paying for the return shipping.

A refund will be issued or exchange sent once I’ve received the item back.

Lost or damaged packages 

If your package is lost or item inside is damaged during shipping, I will offer a full refund or send a replacement.

You must provide pictures of a damaged item before I issue any refund or send a replacement.
