Returns and exchanges
It is very important for me that my customers are satisfied with their buying experience. If for any reason you are unhappy with the item you have received, please let me know via email byrdis.b@gmail.com and I will do my best to fix the situation.
If you have decided to return the item, it must be sent out within 14 days after you have received it.
Item should be sent back in the same condition as it was received, in the original packaging so it wouldn’t get damaged during the return shipping. A customer is responsible for paying for the return shipping.
A refund will be issued or exchange sent once I’ve received the item back.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package is lost or item inside is damaged during shipping, I will offer a full refund or send a replacement.
You must provide pictures of a damaged item before I issue any refund or send a replacement.
