Do you take custom orders?

There is color customization available for several animal figurines, see the page custom items for more information. This is limited to these animals only at the moment.

Accepted payment methods: all major credit & debit cards, PayPal.

Shipping times varies greatly at the moment, if you decide to order please be aware that it may take about 1 month within Europe and 1-3 months everywhere else before your order will arrive. Unfortunately there is no way I could estimate when the package will arrive, unless it is sent with courier service, but it will arrive eventually.

All items are sent from Latvia.

Your order will be processed and sent out within 3-7 days after purchase. For custom orders, it can take up to 14 days (or more in some cases) for me to make the item. Please include the processing time when estimating your order arrival.

Usual delivery time for standard shipping:

1-2 weeks Europe

2-4 weeks everywhere else

Please note that the estimated delivery time above can be affected by circumstances beyond my control such as bad weather, busy times of year (before holidays), delays at customs etc., if you need the item by certain date, please, consider ordering it at least 5-6 weeks in advance or contact me about the faster shipping options.

Shipping costs for standard delivery:

Europe: $4.50

Everywhere else: $6

Please, make sure that the shipping address is correct when ordering. I can’t be responsible for a package that is delayed or lost due to incorrect address. If you see that you have made a mistake with the address after you have already ordered, let me know about it as soon as possible.

Packages are sent as registered mail and might require a signature upon delivery.

Items are safely packaged in a sturdy cardboard box and tissue paper, and sent in a bubble mailer envelope.
